Description and Extent of Change:
The selected die shall be the alternate option for the existing LEDr die for ASMT-FJ30-xxxxx and QSMT-FJ3x-xxxxx series Auto Focus Auxiliary Flash LED. The new die will have the same functionality as the existing die.

Reasons for Change:
To ensure continuous supply of LED die for ASMT-FJ30-xxxxx and QSMT-FJ3x-xxxxx series Auto Focus Auxiliary Flash LED.

Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:
There is no change in fit, form and function as per datasheet. Qualification and characterization have been conducted to ensure that the performance is comparable.

Effective Date of Change:
The shipment of this alternate dice source will begin from 12 March 2015 onwards.

Qualification Data:

Qualification test has been carried out up to 500 hours and the approved test data will be available upon request.
